Its the start of a new year and the bookings are coming in thick and fast as they would say! This weekend we had a 30th birthday to cater for in Hatherleigh. A small little market town in the west of Devon. Our client, Josie, had booked us for a hog roast in Hatherleigh to celebrate her husband turning 30. With over 80 family and friends invited and expected to turn up, Josie had opted for our menu 3. This consists of a beautiful, succulent hog roast with a selection of salads, hot new potatoes and a vegetarian option. J
osie also opted to add on our very popular butchers sausages – Something for everyone! We got set up at the venue, unpacked and got set on making our fresh salads. Josie had been over to make sure everything was set to go for 8pm serve time, we reassured her everything would be on time and she got back to mingling! 8pm approached and as promised, we were ready to serve. The children tucked in to the sausages whilst the adults helped themselves to the side dishes to go with their slow roasted hog roast in Hatherleigh. When it was time to leave, Josie and her husband came over to thank us and said they would definitely book us for any future events – which is always good to hear!
