A Delicious Feast – Hog Roast Exford

For a truly tasty treat, one of our famous, freshly-cooked Hog Roast Exford hog roasts will impress your guests with moist, tender meat and crispy, salty crackling, as well as our homemade trimmings of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Made into pigs in buns (our version of hog roast rolls) by cramming the ingredients into floury bread rolls and wraps is a highly popular way to serve these delicious creations, but if preferred, we can serve a meal of meat, crackling, seasonal vegetables, potatoes and our homemade onion gravy, in addition to our apple sauce and stuffing.

Nevertheless, our Hog Roast Exford experts can wow your guests with something altogether different instead if needed, like spit-roast lamb, beef, turkey or chicken, or a barbecue of sausages, ribs and burgers. We have specialty standalone menus on offer too, like our Loaded Fries, which come complete with brisket of beef or pulled pork, slaw and cheese, or our Southern Slow Roast, where you choose three marinated meats to be served alongside four hot or cold sides.

We have something for everyone and always strive to ensure that all of our customers and their guests are catered for, regardless of personal tastes or dietary needs. We often provide scrumptious dishes for vegetarians and vegans, as well as those with food allergies or intolerances, and we have all kinds of additional options available in case you’re planning a menu of multiple courses, like canapés, starters, sides and puddings.

Sometimes, however, a simple albeit stunning traditional Hog Roast Exford hog roast centrepiece is just the ticket, and for a corporate function that we catered yesterday, a medium-sized hog made into heaps of pigs in buns was the only menu necessary.

Our chef and assistants arrived early in the afternoon in order to freshly prepare the meat to be roasted, and once scored all over and covered in plenty of water and salt, it was sizzling away for hours on end, slowly but surely. Later in the day, we prepared our yummy apple sauce and stuffing, sliced the rolls and arranged them with wraps, and set out the condiments ready for the guests to arrive to a delicious feast.
