Recently, Nicola from Crawley Insulations contacted our catering manager Chris to enquire about menu options for a corporate event. The event was taking place at Copperkins in Ashford, with 150 guests in attendance. For the catering, Nicola needed a delicious buffet menu that would have something for every guest to enjoy, served formally on china crockery and cutlery.
On the day of the event, Hog Roast Ashford arrived at the venue early to begin preparing the dishes. We started with the hog roast, ensuring that the meat cooked evenly and was packed full of natural juices and flavours. The meat was then expertly carved by our chef and served with fresh bread rolls and a gluten-free option. For the side dishes, guests enjoyed crunch coleslaw, pasta salad, tomato and mozzarella salad and buttered new potatoes. This created a delicious and balanced meal for the guests to enjoy, with something for everyone to enjoy.
