This week was a busy one as usual for Hog Roast Brixham! We had been contacted by John Fowler Holidays, who were looking to book Hog Roast Brixham and a couple of our other franchisees to provide a hog roast meal for some of their holiday guests and employees. Over the course of a few days John Fowler Holidays would be having three different hog roasting events in different locations across the country and Hog Roast Brixham had the pleasure of providing the catering at one of their Devon sites – South Bay Holiday Park.
It is easy to see why this location is so popular with holidaymakers. The warm climate and stunning Devonshire coast not to mention the fact that both Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks are on your doorstep! To make peoples holidays even more special, Raffa our catering manager, was determined to provide an excellent Hog Roast Brixham that people wouldn’t be able to resist.
With approximately four hundred and fifty people to cater for we had a lot on our plates but it is nothing Hog Roast Brixham isn’t used to! For this event our menu was our classic hog roast, cooked for several hours on our trusty hog roast machine and served up with lots of crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and tangy applesauce. Of course, we never forget about the vegetarians and todays option was our delicious grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers that our chef would be serving up with Pitta Breads and a Tzatziki Dip!
