Harry’s granddaughter is being christened this November and he is helping his son and daughter-in-law to organise the reception after the ceremony. For the reception, we will be serving a classic slow-roasted hog, which will be cooked to perfection on-site earlier in the day. The succulent pork will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Gluten-free rolls with also be on offer. Alternatively, the guests can enjoy succulent pork sausages or veggie sausages in hot dog rolls. The main dishes will be accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn rosettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes. Overall, we are expecting our catering to go down a treat at this event, with plenty for everyone to enjoy.
