A Beautiful Gluten-Free Wedding Feast in Tiverton

Hog Roast TivertonAt Duvale Barton Priory in Bampton, guests gathered to celebrate a very special wedding. Hog Roast Tiverton was proud to create a menu that was not only delicious but also completely gluten-free, ensuring that every guest could enjoy the meal without compromise.

Catering Managers Rob, Harry and James worked with care to prepare a whole roasted pig, cooked to perfection with crisp crackling, served alongside freshly made apple sauce and homemade sage and onion stuffing, all gluten-free. The bread selection included soft rolls and wraps, with every option safe for guests with gluten sensitivities.

The accompaniments added colour and freshness to the buffet. Tomato and mozzarella salad, a mixed green salad and creamy coleslaw provided vibrant flavours. For something warm and satisfying, we served a mixture of traditional and sweet potato fries with a range of sauces, salt and vinegar, all gluten-free.

Vegetarian and vegan guests enjoyed grilled vegetable skewers, with halloumi for those who wanted it and a dairy-free version for others. These were served with wraps, a rich tzatziki dip and a sweet chilli sauce, all prepared with gluten-free ingredients.

Served buffet-style on wooden disposable crockery with matching cutlery, the presentation felt rustic yet elegant. Guests could relax, enjoy the stunning Devon countryside and share in a wedding meal where no one had to miss out on any part of the menu.
