With winter fast approaching we see a slight decrease in outdoor events and get booked for more indoor events. As we all know, winter in Britain is no fun! This weekend seemed to be another cold and wet one, and one of the best ways to warm up is with a Hog Roast in Ipplepen! Booked for a menu 1 for 100 people, we got up early and set the pig cooking. It was quite a casual event, our hog roast Ipplepen served with apple sauce, stuffing and crackling – served into a freshly baked bread roll! It went down a treat! Many servings and compliments later, we were ready to pack up and head home, ready for another busy day of hog roasting.
