Personally, I can’t imagine anything better than spending New Year’s Eve at a party accompanied by friends and family, inhaling the chilled sea air whilst indulging in an Ilfracombe Hog Roast dinner. What a perfect way to begin a year!
Couple John and Marie booked Ilfracombe hog roast for their annual New Year’s Eve party recently. Every year we are booked up to feed the guests of Ilfracombe’s people. This time we began by arriving early to set up our hog roasting machine. This was established along with a lengthy table decorated by the scrumptious trays of exquisite butter and herb potatoes, soft, fluffy bread rolls, freshly prepared salads and a selection of sauces to complement the meat. With this wide range of enticing food, John and Marie knew we could cater for every guest’s needs, whether it be a meat lover or someone who prefers a crisp, mouth-watering salad. John gave us the time his guests were arriving so we had 5 hours to cook the meat and ensure it was super juicy and tender.
As the guests arrived, they complemented the rich smells coming from our hog roast. Our chef began carving the meat and the guests queued for their meals. By this time, the meat was falling off the bone in a tasteful fashion and filling everyone’s plates along with the crispy, flavoursome crackling that was placed beside the pork. We provided the crockery, napkins and disposed of all rubbish left over at the end to ensure Marie and John had nothing else to worry about only embracing the cool winters air and enjoying their guests. Although we do offer our services inside if required, there is nothing quite like biting into a steaming hot, fresh pork dinner whilst overlooking the calm, winter sea.
Ilfracombe hog roast always ensure that every customer is satisfied and all equipment is cleaned and tidied away. Marie, John and their guests entered a new year in style with a scrumptious meal and a night full of celebration.
