If you’re planning a special occasion where you’d like food to be the main feature, you can’t go wrong with Hog Roast Stoodleigh. For many years, we’ve catered both locally and further afield, as we’re sometimes asked by customers to cater in other areas or we’re asked to cover for other franchises. Regardless of the type of party or event that you’re thinking of, its formality or location, our expert chefs and catering assistants always work hard to provide delicious dishes that we make out of fresh, local ingredients, in order to satisfy the hunger of everyone invited.
While our stunning traditional Hog Roast Stoodleigh hog roast centrepieces are truly loved by our customers, we also understand the need for choice and variety, so within our menus, you’ll find all kinds of alternative and additional options. You may prefer spit-roasted lamb, beef, chicken or turkey to be freshly-cooked instead, or for us to serve one of our amazing special menus; our Southern Slow Roast gives you three marinated meats and four sides, while our Loaded Fries features fresh-cooked chips smothered in meat, slaw and melting cheese.
You may also be inviting guests on special diets, like vegan, vegetarian or plant-based, and with advance notice, we’ll ensure that they can eat tasty, suitable food too. Our homemade options of mac and cheese and halloumi and vegetable skewers served with Tzatziki are both highly popular but we have plenty more available if needed. Inviting guests with a gluten allergy or intolerance? They can still enjoy our pigs in buns, as all the ingredients are suitable except the bread rolls and wraps (so on the day, we can bring along gluten-free versions, just for them). We can also provide additional food, like starters, desserts, sides and canapés, so there really is something for everyone with Hog Roast Stoodleigh.
Over the weekend, we made piles of pigs in buns for a birthday party but we also cooked our spicy sweet potato wedges and made our own coleslaw. For these forty guests, it was exactly the right amount of food, and by the end of the day, they had devoured it all.
