A local Devonshire community centre chose to host a bonfire night celebration for members of the community, including guests of all ages. The event consisted of a bonfire, fireworks, and sparklers, as well as delicious food provided by Hog Roast Goodleigh. Our catering manager Adam was asked to provide a menu that is suitable for guests for a variety of guests, including children and vegetarians. After a discussion, we decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was a great choice since it contains a variety of dishes and is ideal for outdoor events.
On the day of the event, Hog Roast Goodleigh arrived in advance to prepare the dishes, ensuring that there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. For the main dishes, we cooked succulent sausages, British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. The mains were served with fresh bread rolls, including a gluten-free alternative, as well as homemade chips and a selection of delicious side dishes. Overall, this created a delicious and balanced meal, with something for every guest to enjoy.
