Arriving at the venue six hours before the party began, our catering crew wasted no time in getting to work. In no time at all, the venue was transformed into a glamorous space befitting the Hollywood theme, with glitzy vases filled with ostrich feathers and pearl garlands adorning each table. The soft lighting and elegant decorations added to the ambience, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.
As the guests arrived, they were greeted with a delectable selection of appetisers, including roasted duck, smoked Scottish salmon, and mini quiche. And once they were seated, the feast began. From Hog Roast Cheldon’s iconic hog roast with crackling, stuffing and applesauce to garlic and rosemary studded English lamb, our main courses delighted even the pickiest eaters. And for those seeking a meat-free option, our grilled vegetable and halloumi kebabs were a hit.
But the indulgence didn’t stop there. Our side salads, coleslaw, and creamy dauphinoise potatoes complemented the mains perfectly, while vacherins of strawberries with passion fruit cream and handmade chocolate tortes, followed by tea, coffee and mints, provided a lovely ending to the evening.
